How much does FIDO cost for my business?

There are monthly and yearly plans depending on the size of your business; current prices are always in the pricing section. You can switch plans anytime.

Do I need to buy any equipment?

No. Everything works with the phone you already have: your customer shows their QR code in the app and you scan it to give the stamp. No readers, no printers, no cardboard cards.

How fast can I be up and running?

Usually the same day. We help you set up your stamp card, rewards, and team, and from that moment your customers can start collecting stamps.

Can I have several branches and employees?

Yes. Depending on your plan you can add branches and give your staff access with permissions to stamp and validate redemptions, each with their own account.

How do gift cards work?

Your customers buy digital gift cards for your business in the app and can gift them with a link. Payment goes straight to you and FIDO charges a commission per sale: upfront money for your business.

What do I get from events and communities?

With multi-business events (like food weeks) you get new customers touring the participating venues. With your community you announce promos and news to people who already follow you.
